Boosting your body's natural immune system to help prevent any virus from latching onto a host cell within the body is a great practice of general health. 

This can be done by simply adding the correct vitamins and minerals to your daily intake.

Reducing the amount of inflammation that is put into the body is another effective method. 

By switching out certain foods during the day, you can lower inflammation, allowing your body to allocate the correct resources to defend itself.
