What Are the Dimensions of a 1-Person Sauna Available at Clearlight® UK?

The dimensions of Clearlight®’s 1-person saunas vary depending on the style of the sauna. While our exterior or our Sanctuary Sauna measures 109 centimetres wide, our Essential Sauna is narrower, with a width of 100 centimetres.

Installation Requirements
Please ensure adequate clearance around your sauna to allow for installation, disassembly, repairs & maintenance, and heat dissipation. We recommend the following clearances:

• 50 cm clearance at the left and right sides of your sauna
• 10 cm clearance at the back for indoor saunas or 50 cm for outdoor installation
• A minimum of 30 cm above the roof of your sauna

How Long Does It Take to Heat Up a 1-Person Sauna?

The answer to this question depends on the size and type of the 1-person sauna. Infrared saunas heat up far quicker than traditional steam saunas, and with your Clearlight® Sauna, you can control the heat settings from a touchpad both on the interior and exterior.

Can I Customise the Accessories and Features of a Clearlight® 1-Person Sauna?

Yes! You can add on multiple accessories and features to your 1-person infrared sauna from Clearlight®, including a Red Light Therapy Tower and an ergonomic backrest for even deeper relaxation. If you have an Essential or Premier infrared sauna, you can upgrade them to a full spectrum sauna with our full spectrum heaters. We also offer Medical grade 96 LED lights chromotherapy to optimise your recovery.
